Returns
If a customer wishes to return a product, a return shipping fee may apply depending on the weight, size, and courier charges associated with the shipment.
In cases where an order cannot be delivered and is returned to the origin location (Return to Origin – RTO), additional shipping charges may or may not apply depending on the situation.
All return and RTO-related logistics are handled through our delivery partners as part of the order fulfillment process.
In certain exceptional circumstances, return shipping fees may be adjusted or waived at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy
No Cancellation Penalty
At GENVY, we strive to ensure that all listed products are available and ready for dispatch to provide a smooth shopping experience.
However, we understand that unforeseen situations may occasionally lead to order delays or cancellations. In such cases, cancellations may be processed without any additional penalties.
Our goal is to maintain a fair, transparent, and hassle-free experience for all customers while ensuring efficient order fulfillment.

Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or replacement if:

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
To process a return request, customers may be required to provide clear images or videos of the product showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds may not be accepted in the following situations:

The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

The return request is made after the allowed return period

The product is returned without original packaging or accessories
GENVY reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund or replacement.
Refund Process
Once a return is approved and the product is received back by our logistics partner, the refund will be processed.
Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or store credit, depending on the situation.
Customers may be asked to provide their bank or UPI details to process the refund.
